Daye/Dura has introduced the factory produced UHPC. It addresses all the challenges that are faced by the site produced UHPC. It is designed on an optimum particle packing density concept employing nano technology, by selecting a right blend of particle sizes (from Nano to Macro) of all components such as binders, strength and quality enhancing additives, admixtures, fillers etc. Daye dry mix is supplied in bags, which just needs addition of specified quantity of water and coarse aggregates (optional) to specifications to get a
UHPC mix of
100 MPa and above cube compressive strength in 28 days. The product being factory produced under a strict QA / QC environment, the consistency in the quality and strength are guaranteed. The anomalies of site batched concrete are eliminated as Daye dry mix is pre-batched and pre-packed in hermetically sealed bags. The need for site addition of crucial constituent materials such as cement, high-performance admixtures and graded fillers, is obviated in Daye dry premix, which play a very important role in achieving strength and quality consistency.
Our UHPC mix has thixotropy. Casting concrete can flow during operational time. Construction worker can operate and cast anything before concrete solidifies which is still mortar. There are around 20 minutes to operate at 26 °C without ice water. What's more, there are around 10 minutes to operate at higher degrees. Furthermore, worker can operate slurry for about 1 hour after putting ice water. The mentioned operation means there is some time available to cast another panel after one is finished when we are using UHPC premix to cast concrete.
High water-reducing rate: It has excellent water-reducing rate and plasticity retention, and still has excellent water-reducing performance under low dosage. The effect is particularly significant in cement-based mortar, gypsum-based mortar and high-grade concrete. The water rate can reach 40%. Good dispersibility: It has excellent dispersing ability, which makes the slurry have excellent fluidity, cohesion and water retention, endows the material with excellent workability, improves construction efficiency and meets different construction requirements.
High adaptability: It has good adaptability with ordinary Portland cement, sulfoaluminate cement system, Portland cement, sulfo aluminate cement composite system, gypsum-based materials, etc., and can be used with other additives such as: Defoamer, retarder, redispersible latex powder, cellulose, etc. have good compatibility.
Early strength and high strength: It has excellent early strength and enhancement effects. Under the same conditions, the early strength and enhancement effects of this product are higher than other types of superplasticizers, and the dosage can be reduced under the same demand. High Durability: It can enhance the compactness of the hardened slurry, improve the impermeability, erosion resistance and chloride ion penetration resistance, improve shrinkage and creep properties, and reduce cracks.
Green and safe: It does not contain harmful substances and is an environment-friendly material.
Dosage:
1. The recommended dosage is 0.05-0.50% of the cementitious material, and the appropriate dosage is tested according to the change of the dry mix components.
2. It has good dispersibility and fluidity for cement when the dosage is low,when the dosage is greater than
0.12% to 0.22%, the fluidity of the slurry increases significantly.

desulfurized gypsum, gypsum/cement composite system, etc.

components, etc.

3. Concrete of different strength grades
Such as UHPC ultra-high performance concrete, C60 - C120 and other high-grade concrete;
4. Dispersant
It is used as a dispersant in special fields such as waterproof coatings and pigments.
Packing and Storage:
1. 1000 kg per ton bag for bulk order, 25 kg/bag for experiment use, a 20ft container can load 24 to 26 tons.
2. 12 months under condition 5-42°C.
3. Storage and transportation should be carried out in cool and dry condition. Under high temperature and high humidity, product should be kept away from moisture and pressure to avoid coalescence or agglomeration.
4. If the product is not used up, the opened package must be sealed tightly to prevent moisture from ingress.
5. For product stored over shelf life, test confirmation should be done before use.

Q1: What is the water dosage when using UHPC premix?
A: 100 grams water (and 50 grams steel fiber if necessary) per kg dry mix.
Q2: What is the fiber dosage when using UHPC mix?
A: 1) 1 kg ordinary synthetic fiber per cbm(cubic meter) concrete
2) 30-80 kg UHPC special synthetic fibre per cbm concrete
3) 180 kg steel fiber per cbm load-bearing concrete
4) 90 kg steel fiber per cbm non load-bearing concrete
5) Around 15 grams pigment per 1 kg UHPC dry mix if necessary
6) Add water after mixing both pigments and premix evenly for around 2 minutes if needed.
7) Put a plastic film on surface of finished concrete, which is like a plastic wrap for food.
Q3: What are the ingredients that go with the mix?

A: There are four procedures to make UHPC dry mix.
