Product Description
The use of macro fibers in industrial floors is rapidly increasing all around the world, thanks to the growing number of designers and construction companies that acknowledge their capacity to meet design requirements.
DAYE Macro fibers provide three-dimensional reinforcement within the matrix and a structural contribution to the concrete, in compliance with European standard EN 14889-2:2006, "Fibers for concrete. Polymer fibers. Definitions, specifications and conformity", which defines them as "for structural use".
When they are used to improve the load-bearing properties of concrete, synthetic macro fibers undergo testing according to European standard EN 14651 which contains the test method for measuring the toughness class of fiber-reinforced concrete and, therefore, the residual performance properties of concrete after cracking.
As mentioned previously, not only does the use of fiber-reinforced concrete enable traditional steel reinforcement to be reduced to a minimum or replaced completely, it also speeds up construction times on site, improves the level of safety in the workplace and minimises the impact of transporting materials. 

Main Features:
1. Provides good impact, fatigue, shrinkage control and ductility in all grade concretes.
2. Cost saving, is easier to use and disperse and safe to handle.
3. Can be used in highly corrosive circumstance.
4. The surface has been embossed,which greatly improves the cohesive force between fibres and concrete, and also boosts      shrinkage resistance and crack resistance.
5. Provides three-dimensional reinforcement against micro and macro-cracking.
6. The toughness of synthetic fibre is less stronger than steel fibre.But test has shown slabs on grade and pre-cast concrete predominately require a dosage rate of between 25kg-40kg of steel fibres per cubic meter, in comparison,using between 3kg-10kg of macro synthetic fibre per cubic meter of concrete. Synthetic fibres achieve greater strength and ductility in the matrix.

Estimating Data:
The dosage rate is dependent on the application however the minimum dosage range is 3kg/m3-10kg/m3.

1. Suitable for water-proof layer, floor, inner and outer wall of industrial and civil construction.
2. Increase cracking resistance  of surface of industrial workshop, warehouse and parking lot.
3. Increase cracking and seepage resistance of the ground in natatorium, swimming pool, pond and ditch.
4. Highway, bridge and other roads.


Packing:
5kg/box, (240boxes)1200kg/pallet, 12000kg/20' container, 24000kg/40' container.


Instructions:
The fibres are wrapped with water-soluble film and uniquely packaged in paper boxes.Then just throw the whole boxes of fibres into the concrete mixture, the boxes and film then dissolve within seconds, leaving the fibres to disperse evenly throughout the mixture.
