With polypropylene as its material, fiber-mesh is produced by special technology. It appears net-like structure with many monofilaments connected.

The horizontal structure in monofilament can be destroyed in the course stirring owing to friction and rubbing, and the monofilament or net-like structure will fully stretch, thus the concrete is reinforced by a great number(more than 7 million pieces per cubic meter) of polypropylene fibers.

Polypropylene plastic fiber is a new type of synthetic fiber produced by our factory with the help of foreign advanced technology. It takes polyethylene and polypropylene as raw materials, processed by special workmanship, combining with the advantages of steel fiber and plastic fiber. It's mainly used to replace the welding metal mesh and steel fiber in the concrete panel structure.

Characteristics:
1. Provides good impact,fatigue,shrinkage control and ductility in all grade concretes.
2. Cost saving, is easier to use and disperse and safe to handle.
3. Can be used in highly corrosive circumstance.
4. The surface has been embossed,which greatly improves the cohesive force between fibres and concrete, and also boosts shrinkage resistance and crack resistance.
5. The toughness of macro synthetic fibre is less stronger than steel fibre.But test has shown slabs on grade and pre-cast concrete predominately require a dosage rate of between 25kg-40kg of steel fibres per cubic meter, in comparison,using between 3kg-10kg of macro synthetic fibre per cubic meter of concrete. Synthetic fibres achieve greater strength and ductility in the matrix.

Estimating Data:
The dosage rate is dependent on the application however the minimum dosage range 
is 3kg/m3-10kg/m3.

Typical Application:
1. Concrete pavement, deck, airport runway and factory floor.
2. Shotcrete projects such as tunnel, mine wall, and roof.
3. Irrigation work such as river and dam.
4. Millitary protection, terminal revetment, and bridge pier.
5. Concrete precast.

Packing:
0.9 or 1 kg per damp-proof poly bag.

Instructions:
1. Mixing process: Crushed stones, fibers and sands are put into the mixer in succession. After stirring for two minutes, fiber will fully spread and then add cement as well as water and stir normally. The addition of materials also can be put into as usual, but the stirring time should be properly prolonged to more than 4 minutes to make fiber completely mixed.
2. Shaping & Maintenance: There is no special requirements, can prolong the vibrating time for about 30 seconds. When plastering the surface, the concrete surface should be slightly passivated before it is carried out, so as not to bring out the fibers. The maintenance of fiber should be done the same as normal concrete.
